It's a nice sentiment, but it doesn't get the job done. It doesn't bring anyone back, undo the damage. They don't deserve humanity.
When your words could incite further aggression against this government and the innocent people who work within it, you're inspiring terrorism. You're fuelling a fire that shouldn't exist. The Ministry has been far too lenient in the past, and it has lead to two devastating wars. It is what we must do, clamp down and prevent any further harm to our citizens. Amos Diggory understands that, and most of the country does too.
