Physicals PB: Antje Traue Appearance:
Abilities Strengths: Extended life span due to use of Lazarus Pits (this is how she is 46 years old but only looks to be in her thirties. Talia also has genius level intellect, stellar leadership and business management skills. She is also an expert in many different fields of martial arts, including hand to hand combat, marksmanship with a variety of weapons, and weapons training—particularly in fencing. Weaknesses Despite her longevity, Talia is still human. She can bleed and is vulnerable to the little things like death and bullets and poison. She also has had a child. Though, anyone who tries to use Damian against her will likely regret that decision very quickly.
Personality Talia is a very competent, very well-adapted and powerful sociopath. She believes that what she does, she does for the good of all. She follows in her father’s footsteps not simply because he was her father and dictated her life for many years, but because she truly believes that his causes were valid and just. She is passionate but this passion is tempered by patience which makes for a deadly combination. She is not above using her feminine wiles to further her goals, and thinks nothing of the lives that are lost or ruined in her wake. What matters to her is her family, and her victory. And everything else will be sacrificed for those two motives.
Background Talia’s “sole failing” according to her father was only the fact that she was born a female rather than male. Despite this shortcoming, Talia was loved by her father, and favored by him even more than his other children. She was a fast and diligent learner, eager to impress and earn her father’s affections. It was during her time at her father’s side that she met the man who would become The Batman. Intelligent and brutal, she was drawn to him immediately. Ra’s approved of the match, and offered Bruce the opportunity to join his cause as his heir and son-in-law. Though the marriage ritual was carried out against Bruce’s will, he left the League to return to Gotham—but unbeknownst to him, he left a son behind. Damian became Ra’s heir and was raised by the League of Assassins, until Talia took him to Gotham to meet and learn from his father, the only person who was ever a match for the Head of the Demon. After Ra’s disappearance, the League of Assassins has become disjointed. Talia ignored her duties to grieve for her father, who appeared to be truly dead, but now she seeks to return to the world of the living—only to find that her older sister, Nyssa, sits on her rightful throne, the throne belonging to her beloved, and to their son. And she will not allow Damian to be robbed of his birthright. OOC Name: Allison Time Zone: CST Age: 29 CDJ: AIM/Yahoo Messanger/MSN/etc: kidfiashii Email: amjacob05@gmail.com Journal Name:
Other Did you read the rules? Read the rules? I wrote the rules! (or some of them anyway) What's the character limit? 7, 8 with villain What would you like to do with the character? A civil war with Nyssa to retake the League (or at least take the Hand off of her hands, heh). Work in/with/conquer LexCorp :D, reunite with husband Bruce and Damian. Destroy Gotham. Wait, did I say that outloud? How do you think the character can be integrated with the other universe? Bring me all the assassins to join my assassin army to take out my assassin sister. Like idk the Hand and Electric Nachos and more. Writing Sample The mirror did not lie. It told her things. It whispered to her in a voice not unfamiliar to her. The green cloak around her shoulders with its gold trim and clasp, its high collar and all of the poise and prominence that came with it, this she stared at as she consulted the mirror, turning this way and that to see herself as she was; the true heir, the Daughter of the Demon. And yet the voice remained, her father’s voice. You are not worthy. You are not my heir. It was right of course, and that was evident enough by how the hem of the cloak dragged the ground, clearly created for someone far taller than she. Created for a man. It was not for her. Talia sighed and drew the cloak from her shoulders and draped it over a nearby piece of furniture. No, she was not her father’s heir, it did not belong to her. But she was the closest they could come, for now. And even that was not yet proven. First, she would have to depose her elder sister; unloved and forgotten by their father who thought now to claim his army for her own, when she, Talia had been most loved by the Demon’s Head. And she, Talia, had married the man who was destined to succeed their father. And it was she, Talia—not Nyssa—who had borne him the male heir he had so desired. Now Nyssa meant to take Damian’s birthright from him in his absence. Talia would not allow it. Even if it meant death would visit one or both of them. Death could be such a little thing. The Daughter of the Demon stepped away from the mirror, padding naked across the ceramic tile floor to the steaming sunken bath in the next room. “Ubu. See that travel preparations are made.” She said to her manservant, previously under her father’s employ, as she stepped into the sunken bath, “We will leave for Gotham City at dawn.” She gave no further orders, but dismissed the man with a wave of one hand, then sank into the bath to soak. After all, she would need to be at her best when she once more met with her beloved.
