That's why I ended things with Zowie. I told her it was because there was someone else I was interested in, and there is, sort of, I guess. I mean it's someone that I used to know and hadn't seen again until recently and I'm not sure that we even have anything in common although she was my first girl crush and I know she's into girls. But really the decision had nothing to do with that. I just knew that eventually, she'd have to decide between Max and myself, and despite how much she adores me, I already knew she wouldn't pick me.
It was better to end things on my terms than to just wait around for that to happen.
