The proceeds for this years Halloween charity ball will be going to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Invites are in the mail, but I'm giving you all a heads up like every year.

Can't wait to see you there.

Would it not be simpler to just give the money directly to the organization, rather than attend the ridiculous event?

You can donate whatever, and your presence isn't mandatory.

Most people donate through out the year, but donate even more at the gala. Last year there was an auction.
