About Ikol
(Be warned: this post contains spoilers for Journey Into Mystery until part 6 of the Everything Burns crossover with The Mighty Thor)

Ikol is the remnant of the former Loki, who hangs around current Loki and gives him dubious advice and criticism.

He's not visible to anyone except Loki, who will avoid obviously interacting with Ikol if he knows someone is watching. This means if you're approaching him and he sees you/knows you're coming, he's not going to be talking to Ikol - but if you're watching from a distance or come upon him unawares you might notice he's talking to nothing or catch the edge of a bit of a conversation with no one!

- unless, of course, your character is able to read minds or something, in which case they will see Ikol as Loki sees him: as a magpie, hanging around doing magpie-ish things in the background and exchanging banter with Loki.
