Tybalt Séverin Ainsley-Tennyson |
In Character Info |
Name: Tybalt Séverin Ainsley-Tennyson Nicknames: Nothing he will respond to but people do like to try and call him Ty Age/DoB: 19 January 1st, 1993 Sexuality: Homosexual, not closeted but also not obvious. Major: History *Minor: Art specialization in Photography Status:Alpha Education Level: Undergrad Year: Junior Owns: No one Owned by: Dr. Jonathan Burher ![]() Extra Activities: Alpha RA. Housing: Alpha RA for his house. Physical Description: Tybalt is not only opposite of his twin sister in temperament but in build as well. While she is short, and well built, he is rather tall and thin. He tops out at just over six feet tall and is lacking in nearly any body fat. That is not to say he is absolute skin and bones because despite being a bit clumsy and completely hopeless at all sports he manages to have some muscle tone. Truthfully it is not his body that most notice first when looking at Tybalt Ainsley-Tennyson. What people tend to notice first and foremost about him are his soft green eyes. They are his most distinguishing feature, though some would argue that the random beauty marks that dot his face are instead what makes his face so interesting. As for his hair it is a much softer brown than his raven tressed twin. The style depends on where he is. If Tybalt is anywhere around or has the possibility of seeing his father it will be neatly groomed and off his face. However when left to his own devices, such as at school, it tends to be messy. He has much better things to do with his time than do his hair. The same idea goes for his clothes, to a point. Tybalt, while not as spoiled rotten as Tempest is very much a clothes horse, to use a cliche. While at times he looks like he rolled out of bed and threw on the first relatively clean thing he found it is always something from some designer or another, well unless it is a vintage tee shirt, and even some of those are designer. *Random Facts: Fluent in French. Can read and write in Latin. *Likes: School, History, Fashion, Music, and Religion. Tybalt is passionate about three things Learning, Fashion, and Religion but not just Judeo-Christian religion. *Dislikes: People that assume things about him because he is quiet, Assumptions like he is actually an inferiore because he likes to keep his head down and to himself. Assumptions like that because he is quiet and somewhat shy he is a snob or that he has a dark side. *Reputations: The only thing Tybalt does with inferiores is occasionally send one on some errand when he is in the middle of some paper, or studying and would rather not run the errand himself. Personality: It would be easy to say Tybalt Séverin Ainsley-Tennyson is two people, but that would be judging him on his looks alone. The uptight, upright properly groomed Tybalt when around his father and the much more lax Tybalt left to his own devices those at Pearson are used to seeing. Truth is Tybalt is just Tybalt. While his sister, his twin, is a tempestuous storm of desires, drive, and ever changing moods, Tybalt is the calm around the storm. He is just calm almost to the point of coming off as cold. Many regard the young man as an icy snob, yet nothing could be further from the truth. In all honesty he is far too withdrawn to put effort into any kind of snobbery. While he seems to regard or disregard everything and everyone with a cool disinterest, Tybalt is actually thinking about the next paper he needs to write, or the next exam or assignment he has to prepare for. Tybalt at times is far too studious for his own good. That is not to say he is boring though to many he would seem that way. He is just a smart guy with the desire to make good grades. Even in all that, he honestly has no idea what to do with his future. He thinks maybe he will go to grad school then on to get his doctorate. He thinks maybe he will teach. While Tempest is driven toward some future plan Tybalt lives only for the next thing due in whatever classes he is taken that quarter. If he could he would life with his nose in a book. That said, he does however have interests outside of school. Two interests, one of which spawned his second major at Pearsons, are what drive Tybalt outside his need to make near perfect grades. Actually if you count his almost obsession with trying to find out anything he can about his late mother than he has three interests that are not related to his major. Though truthfully if he could make a life around studying the history of religious fashion and how it has impacted the world at large he would be a very contented rich boy. Or if he could somehow convince his father there is nothing wrong with him taking off a quarter or two to model that would make him quite happy as well, yet not that is so not likely. History: Even as a young child Tybalt Ainsley-Tennyson wondered about how different things would have been if his father had not found a way to convince his mother to give up her calling to be a nun. He wondered if Angelique would have been happier as a nun than she was the brief time she was a mother. He wondered if when she left him and his twin Tempest did she return to the nunnery. Of course there are a great many other things he wondered about the one time future nun that became the wife of Adrien Ainsley-Tennyson. Part of him to this day resents the fact he will always have to wonder because he can not ask Angelique and Adrien despises talking about his late wife, even to his two children. Another part of Tybalt wished and still to this day wishes he could go back in time and watch the story of Adrien and Angelique unfold. He would love to hear just what the man that would be his father said to her, just what he did, just what he promised to make her agree to any or all of it. He had and still has a hard time thinking of his mother as the type to care much about material gains. So the fact the Adrien could offer her anything money could buy never worked in his mind. Obviously a family was not what she wanted out of this life or she would have stayed. Tybalt also wondered what was it that drove her to leave. At least in his mind, a woman prepared to commit to the life of a nun is not the sort that runs out on her small children. There has always been this romantic notion in the head of Tybalt that the pull of the church was too great. Angelique though a wife and mother could not deny her true self. She left the pampered yet pressured life of being an Ainsley-Tennyson to return to the simple life of the cloister. Only to have her life ended by a car accident. The same boy that wondered about his parent's meeting wondered if had his mom survived would they have eventually moved to the United States. Would Adrien have felt the same need to spoil them, especially Tempest like he had. Tybalt had not known his father's drive to give his twin any and everything she wanted was out of guilt. That it was brought on by some misguided blame for having permanently separated his children, but especially his daughter from her mother. Truth is of the two Ainsley-Tennyson children it was Tybalt that has what some could refer to as a borderline obsession with their late mother. He has this drive to know all he can about her. In some way that need, that drive, has fueled his desire to history, at FCU. For as far back as he could recall FCU was pretty much the only school Tybalt could remember his father mentioning when the subject of college came up. So it was the logical choice for the bright, studious young man. Though settled in at FCU in those quiet times when all the studying is done Tybalt Ainsley-Tennyson still wonders if he would be where he is if his father had not pursued Angelique and instead married a woman of his station. Third Person Writing Sample: Tybalt had been out shopping all day, and yet he had nothing for himself. Had that been his plan? Of course not, but the bags that were piling up were not filled with men's clothes. He had planned on shopping for himself. Nothing he found however pleased him in the least, not that he needed new clothes. Then again he did have a closet full of clothes he had yet to wear so need was never really an issue with Tybalt. However the last statement about nothing pleasing him was a lie. He had found a lot of clothes that pleased him there were just not for him. They would instead end up in his twin's closet. It was getting to be a habit, Tybalt going out shopping for himself and ending up buying maybe a piece or two. The rest of what he bought going to Tempest. He could not help that she was so easy to shop for, and though they had not actually spoken in what seemed like a lifetime, he knew how much she despised shopping. Something about growing up the daughter of Adrien Ainsley-Tennysaon made his twin completely against the one thing a girl like Tempest should enjoy. Not that it mattered because Tybalt, at times, when the mood struck, loved to shop. He preferred it when his shopping trips ended up about him and not Tempest or even Zowie. He knew half the pieces he was buying would end up worn by his twin's best friend, and while they were bought with his sister's dark hair and hazel eyes in mind they would look alright with Zowie's fair hair and eyes. Tybalt was done. With nothing to show for his excursion but some used out of print book about fashion he just had to have for himself, he returned to campus. Rather than heading to Morgan Hall where his sister resided he went back to his room. Picking up a stray unowned inferiore along the way. He charged the inferior with the task of delivering the bags and bags of clothes to Tempest Ainsley-Tennyson, room 2504 Morgan Hall. There was more, the inferiore was not to say who the clothing was from, but Tybalt knew his sister would know. Would it bring them together to talk and bond? More than likely not. Did Tybalt care? No, not really. *Story Hooks: |
