Please be advised that there will be an inventory taken of the Ministry Records.

Any and all books, parchments, drawings and other resource materials that have been checked out MUST be returned no later than Noon on Monday, April 1, 2003 to the Keeper of Records or there will be a hefty fine incurred.

ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! It is imperative that the Ministry's records be kept up to date and inventory is necessary.
