One of the things the Compound has taught me is to be thankful that somewhere there is a version of me that was happy all throughout their lives. They didn't go through what I went through and were able to live their life [...] normally.
What I'm trying to say is that it's just a version of you. It doesn't make it hurt any less, but it's not what's in store for you. I don't know what the other versions of myself have felt when they listen to or hear my story, but for me I'm glad that they didn't have to endure the games.
