Dolores was -- what was that phrase? -- late to the party, and sadly she did not believe it would be viewed as fashionably late either. Boots, her cat, and matters of being a Death Eater had distracted her up until just a half hour ago, and by then Dolores was certain the matter had likely been well underway for a while.
