I'm taking this opportunity to introduce myself to the current residents of Arcane City. For six months, you've been without a chief of police. That had to be difficult. On behalf of the Police Department, I'd like to thank you for your patience and efforts to keep this town not only safe, but running efficiently as it has for years.
