Update! There will in fact be a Halloween party at Freak Nation. Costume gets you a discount, plus there's a costume contest. Live DJ (who rocks, I can assure you), food, drinks. No alcohol please. 8pm-midnight for the kids, adults or kids with adult supervision can stay until 2am.
