April Ross was born to Michael and Sarah Ross on December 4th, 1986 in Portland, Oregon after only 7 short hours of labor. The small family lived in a modest home just north of the city with plenty of land for April and their family dog to play. She's an only child and has lived in Portland her entire life, aside from her recent moves. During her high school years, she was a typical cheerleader but hardly ever got into trouble. She was the epitome of good behavior and was always the mediator if one of her friends ever got into a fight. Fiercely loyal, April was always quick to defend her friends to the end, even if they happened to be in the wrong. A few weeks after she graduated high school, her parents were both killed in a front-end collision with a tanker truck when she was 19 and she managed to stay within the city for a few more years before opting for a change of pace and scenery. April was never the kind of person that had the motivation to go to college, so having no siblings and not many friends, there was nothing holding her to Portland and she decided to move to Nashville. After starting a waitressing job downtown, she quickly fell in love with the owner after an unconventional introduction and a whirlwind romance, and married the love of her life in a private beach ceremony in Hawaii. Her life had never been a walk in the park, but with Andrew at her side, she knew that they could accomplish anything together. The restaurant grew rapidly and her husband decided to expand their base and open a second location in the city of Long Beach in California. The couple is still working on remodeling the building but they're hoping to open within the next several weeks. April and Andrew are currently expecting their first child at the end of July.
