Absolutely! I don't get onto chat much, since the kids are often underfoot, but I can sometimes swing it. We're Northern VA as well (just inside the Beltway), so if you're here from time to time I'd absolutely love to get together one of these days!
Actually, as Japanese cities go, my true love is Osaka. It's got a certain zest that's just missing from Tokyo.
