Tweak says, "I'm a fully realized creation!"
He is also a great big softy. Despite being the owner of many businesses, and despite being an excellent owner at that, he has a very big heart and cares a lot about his staff. Christmas or other holiday bonuses are a big deal, as are parties. Do you have a friend who needs a job? Pick one of his business. Do you need sponsorship for a charity thing? Here’s $1000. He is, however, smart enough to be wary of people taking him for a ride, and it takes a little while for him to build confidence in someone, but once they’re in his good books they stay there, and he is generous with what little time and all the money he has.
Working as hard as he does, it’s important for Charles to be incredibly well organised. He has a paper planner that he carries around because he can’t really trust his phone, and each day is planned out to the half hour.
Charles can also walk on stilts, in heels, knows how to use a whip, and can hold the tune for a sea shanty if you want him to.
Charles likes horror. He likes reading, watching, writing, playing, and consuming horror in any way.
By his mid twenties, Charles was really flourishing. He moved to New York City and bought out a few places that needed some TLC, and by his thirtieth birthday he was looking at opening up his own businesses, running things remotely and putting people in charge of each establishment that he trusted to take care of things whilst he was away. And he did find that he was away a lot. Different businesses needed different information to flourish, and because his portfolio was rather diverse, Charles spent a lot of time travelling between difference conferences and business meetings for each different branch of his tree.
Shortly after he turned thirty he found Riverdale and decided this was it, this was the place he was going to invest in. He poured a lot of his well earned money in to several buildings and businesses in the town and, though they weren’t bringing in the same money as his places in New York City and Houston, he could leave them on their own with little concern, which was a lot less stressful than his other ventures.
During a business trip to London, Charles met Dil. In a pub. Where both of them were drinking alone. He’ll tell anyone who asks that it was love at first sight, but there were better men than him who had been brought to their knees by a pretty lady. He was cautious at the start of their relationship, but once he had sponsored her arrival in America things moved quickly, and within a year of meeting the two of them were married.
Dil keeps her eyes on a lot of things in the town whilst Charles is away working, which is more frequently than he would like. But they have a nice home in Riverdale and Charles works from home as much as he can.
