1. He used to have long hair, but after his mother chopped it off for the wedding, he liked it and has kept it short. He'll never admit to agreeing with his mother on looks.

4. He has a scar on his arm that he got when he tried to ride a dragon. He got it during his first week at the reserve, and no it's not from the dragon, but from being hexed before he even got near the dragon
5. There was one woman he loved. She was a dragon keeper. They broke up when she went to China to study their dragons. It hurt. He can't say that the experience stopped him from settling down since he wasn't looking to settle down before getting involved with Marina.

7. Charlie took his Apparition test twice. He failed on the first attempt, materialising five miles south of his target location on top of an old Muggle woman doing her shopping. He passed on the second attempt.
8. He had several Quidditch teams offer him a job and many believed that he would have been good enough to make the National team.
Personality: Charlie is very much a Weasley. He's loyal, he's friendly, he can joke, he can be the object of a prank. In short, he's very easy going. He does have a fiery temper, but it's not as bad as Ron's, then again, he doubts anyone is as bad as Ron, other than their mother who is possibly worse than Ron.

He's also very friendly. This was very helpful when he found himself in a different country, barely speaking the languages, and knowing no one. Not once did he feel like he should go back, but instead he learned the language and the culture. Now, he doesn't even find it unusual to be friends with werewolves and vampires, or that they would keep their status a secret.

He's very serious and precise when it comes to dragons. He knows that not following a plan results in injuries and deaths. However when he's not working, he's very laid back and doesn't do well with schedules.

Romantically, he's a very attentive lover, but he's never been interested in long term relationships. He's more interested in having a good time, showing his partner a good time, and then move on.

When it comes to his family, he loves them all, but he has a very different relationship with them. He was always closest to Bill, but then Bill went to work and he was left home with Percy and too many children. he likes to think that he got close to Percy as well, and that continued in school. The twins were the bridge between the siblings. He knows Ron and Ginny look up to him and Bill, and he'd do anything for them, but when he looks at them, he thinks of children to protect. He knows how hypocritical that is considering that he couldn't wait to leave the house so he could be an adult, but after Fred's death, it's even harder to accept that they are adults.

Charlie has spent his adult life in Romania, studying the dragons he loves so much, but he made a few trips home.

At Christmas in 1991, Charlie was visited by his parents and his sister, Ginny. During the early part of 1992, Charlie received a letter from Ron, asking for help in getting rid of a baby dragon Hagrid acquired off a man in a pub. Charlie, who had always got on well with Hagrid because of their shared love of dragons, agreed to help and arranged for some of his friends to pick up Norbert and deliver him to the dragon sanctuary in Romania where he worked.

In 1993, Charlie joined the rest of his family for a holiday in Egypt after his father won seven hundred galleons in the annual Daily Prophet Grand Prize Galleon Draw.

During the summer of 1994, Charlie returned to the Burrow to attend the Quidditch World Cup with the rest of his family. He also met Harry Potter for the first time. During the Death Eater disturbance in the aftermath of the Irish victory, Charlie, along with his father, Bill, and Percy assisted the Ministry in attempting to stop it. Charlie accompanied his siblings, Harry, and Hermione to King's Cross Station to see them off to Hogwarts on September 1st.

During the Triwizard Tournament, Charlie assisted in bringing nesting mother dragons to Hogwarts for use in the First Task. They were transported over using a Sleeping Draught, and he did not dare tell his mother about them considering that she was still angry about Harry being allowed to compete in the Tournament. He remained on hand during the Task in case the dragons got out of hand, and congratulated Harry on beating the Hungarian Horntail. He relayed Harry's performance to Bill, saying it was "incredible." He attempted to get time off to attend the Third Task, but was unable to.

When Dumbledore reconstituted the Order of the Phoenix to oppose Lord Voldemort, Charlie joined alongside his family. While his brother Bill returned to England to better serve the Order, Charlie remained in Romania and was assigned to recruit foreign wizards to the cause.

In the summer of 1997, Charlie once more returned to the Burrow, to serve as best man at Bill's wedding to Fleur Delacour. During a birthday celebration for Harry the day before the wedding, he informed Hagrid that Norbert was doing well - and was now called Norberta since they had discovered, to Hagrid's surprise, that the dragon was actually a female.

When the wedding was broken up by Death Eaters in the wake of the fall of the Ministry of Magic, he was questioned alongside his family and then returned to Romania

While the rest of the Weasley family answered Neville Longbottom's call to arms to fight at the Battle of Hogwarts, Charlie arrived toward the end of the battle alongside Horace Slughorn, leading hundreds of reinforcements consisting of the residents of Hogsmeade and the friends and family of all the Hogwarts students who had chosen to stay and fight. Arriving just as Neville killed Nagini, he led them into battle against Lord Voldemort's Death Eaters, strengthening the weakened defences of the castle. He also witnessed his mother killing Bellatrix Lestrange and Harry defeating Lord Voldemort once and for all.

Following the war, Charlie returned to Romania, making the yearly trip back home to spend time with his family, but having his life in Romania.

On March 15, 2004, Charlie was severly injured. A new dragon keeper decided that he was going to ride a Peruvian Vipertooth that had just arrived to the reserve. While Charlie tried to save the keeper, the dragon caught his right his with his fangs. Luckily with the help of other keepers, the leg was the only thing he caught.

Charlie sustained multiple injuries. The fangs cut from mid thigh down to his calf. He suffered severe blood loss. His muscles and tendons have been torn. He was in a hospital in Romania for days, but refused to inform his family, because he knew that the healers would cure him. He also suffered multiple burn over his right arm and neck. He was in a Romanian wizarding hospital for two weeks. His leg is mostly fine now, although there's a scar and a little limp, but nothing that won't go away with a few more potions and some exercise. His arm has reacquired most, but no all of its mobility. In addition, the poison from the Vipertooth requires a monthly potion and daily charms to keep the poison from spreading. The magic required for the charms coupled with his physical problems make it impossible for Charlie to be near the dragons.

Dimitri, the Head Keeper, has been very sympathetic, but they both understand that having Charlie in the reserve would put in danger all the keepers. Charlie is left with no job, no home and no idea with what he's going to do. Tight now, he's going back to the Burrow to decide what to do with his life.
