name; Sebastian Clarke age; 29 apparent age; 29 birth date; October 30th, 1979 occupation; High School Science Teacher - Teaches Earth Science marital status; Single sexuality; heterosexual borough; Manhattan personality; Sebastian is best described as a boy scout. He is sweet, kind, helpful, down to earth and an all around good guy. He like nature, children, animals, helping old ladies cross the street...truly one of the last few good guys. He's out of place amongst the high rollers and big players of New York City, but he manages to make due none-the-less. The down side of this is that he tends to stretch himself too far. Never one to let others down he'll run himself ragged and pull himself in about 10 different directions to help others out and in the end leaves little time or energy for himself. A prime example of this is his role as Nimir-raj. He is feircly loyal to his pard members, and has sacrificed most aspect of his normal life for them. He keeps his career for himself, but even that would be gone were the prestigious private high school find out their a were was teaching their precious little babies. Still, he has literally almost gotten himself killed for his pard, and if told he had to do it all over again, he would. fears; himself and what he is capable of doing to those he loves if he ever loses control. history; Sebastian was infected with lycanthropy when he was 10 years old, living in California. He received the mandatory vaccinations the summer before middle school, and the optional Lycanthrope vaccine. He was then allowed to attend the annual boy scout jamboree. He and several other boys wandered away from the rest of the festival, the second night, exploring the woods as the bright full moon filtered in. They were attacked, and Sebastian was the only one left alive, found unconscious hidden amoung the brush, clothes torn, but otherwise unharmed. Authorities came to the conclusion that the boys were attacked by a wild animal, possibly a were-creature, and Sebastian had only managed to survive by hiding himself. His parents panicked at hearing this information his parents panicked, and before the close of the month they had their things packed and were moved to Maine--clear across the country to get away from it all. What they discovered the following full moon was that they brought "it all" with them. Sebastian went to bed early that night, claiming not to feel well. What appeared later was a leopard wearing the tattered remains of their son's clothing. His parents only managed to save themselves by barricading themselves in their rooms and climbing up onto the roof. The next morning they swore never to tell anyone, and made Sebastian promise to take his secret to his grave. After that first night, they were never really comfortable around Sebastian again. They treated him like a criminal holding them at gunpoint in their own home, and when high school graduation finally came, Sebastian was all too eager to leave for college. They had had another child shortly after Sebastian's infection--a way to start over again with a healthy and untouched child--and though Sebastian would miss his little sister, he knew leaving would be for the best. She was the only person in their family who loved him unconditionally and though he'd gained control of himself over the years he always thought she would be safer without him around. He accepted admittance to the University of Maine at Machias, a state school buried in upstate Maine, and that's where he met Amelia. He met her in his freshman Biology class, and Sebastian fell head over heels in love. It took him two months to work up the courage to talk to her and another 3 years before he trusted himself enough around her to even ask her out. They dated their entire senior year of college and he knew all along that she would be the woman he married. As he pondered this though, more questions came into play. What would marriage mean for them? Could they have children? She was human and he hadn't let her in on his secret yet and before he did he wanted to find answers for her. That's what brought them to New York City. He wanted to join an active pard with members who could give him answers. Moira, the Nimir-ra of New York's obsidian fang pard, didn't like Sebastian the moment she met him. He seemed far too ambitious and eager with her pard, and he was more powerful than any of her other members: not only that but he asked far too many questions for her tastes and he was nauseatingly innocent. Sebastian, felt the same about Moira in return. She was cruel to her pard and instead of the family environment that he expected, found that she used her members for her own gain with little care of their wellbeing. Sebastian held his tongue for the first few months he and Amelia were there, not wanting to make waves, but finally he couldn't stand idly by. He began vocalizing his feelings, convincing the others that they should expect and demand more from their leader and themselves. When Moira saw that he was amassing followers in her pard she knew that he would have to be stopped or killed, and rather than making him a martyr, sent a threat instead. She warned him that were he to turn her people against her, she would kill his human girlfriend. Knowing she was serious, Sebastian immediately backed down and grew very protective of his love. This went on for another year and a half and finally he couldn't take it. He wasn't allowed to stir up feelings of dissent or resentment, but she'd never said he couldn't protect those who asked for his protection, and so that's what he did. He offered his protection to those who would have him, and by the laws of the pard, Moira couldn't stop him. She was furious and a hit was put out on Amelia's life the next day. Sebastian realized then that he had to make a choice: the love of his life, or those of his kind who were too weak to help themselves. Though it killed him, he broke up with Amelia. He held it together long enough to deliver a scathing rebuff that sent her packing for Maine and then he broke down for several months. Amelia had left heartbroken, and Sebastian felt that a little piece of his heart left with her. He was hollow and empty without her, but once again, he realized that yet another person was better off without him. Finally, after months of depression, with the help of his fellow pard members he managed to dig himself out of the hole he'd found himself in. He vowed to take his vengeance and that his sacrifice would not be in vain. He fought his way up the pard line. Moira, in turn grew to hate him more and more, and took it out of the pard rather than confronting him directly. She began selling members of her pard out as prostitutes, and soon rumors began to surface of lycanthrope snuff films. It took Sebastian over four more years of patiently waiting, planning and plotting, but in then end, Sebastian challenged Moira to a fair fight, and finally got his vengeance. It was the only time Sebastian has ever felt justified in taking another's life. In the year that he has been Nimir-raj, a lot has changed. He has eliminated forced prostitution, and is working on finding all of his kitties jobs so that they won't have to sell themselves. His "human" life has become more complicated, obviously, but he's happy being a high school science teacher and is learning to live with the complications. He knows that he will eventually have to choose a Nimir-ra, but to him, Amelia was the only girl in the world, and replacing her is impossible. There are still those in the pard who don't agree with the change in rule, but he's taking that all one day at a time. race; Lycanthrope - Wereleopard group; Obsidian Fang Pard (I named them I hope that's okay) status; Alpha rank; Nimir-raj strengths; accelerated healing, super human strength, heightened senses weaknesses; silver allergy, tied to the lunar cycle, constantly craves meat powers; the ability to recover almost instantly from shifting, ability to partially shift, and the ability to control the beast of other leopards.

Storylines.
open Amelia His college school sweetheart. Sebastian broke up with her to save her from his old Nimir-ra. She thinks that he found out she was pregnant and didn't want the baby or her anymore. Their child is human and would be 5/6 years old. open Catherine Clarke Sebastian's younger sister. 17-19 years old, she's an open slate for anyone who would like to play her. open The 2nd in command Sebastian can't be the public face of the pard, and so this person is his close confidant and trusted second. open The Vampire benefactor The vampire with the ability to "call" leopards. These two can either get along well, or have a strained relationship, but they pay for the pard house on the upper west side. open The Nimir-ra in waiting Despite the fact that Sebastian has no interest in finding a mate anytime soon, this girl is determined to have the position. open The unhappy subjects those in his pard who would have rather he lost his bid for Nimir-raj open The happy subjects His friends/supporters in the pard. open The Humans His mortal friends who don't know about his inner kitten.
