She pointed at Izzy with her fork, "Believing a patient? Did you learn nothing in 'They all lie' 101? Or were you too busy posing in your underwear that day?" she asked, her tone unsympathetic, "You don't deserve to cut today. Accept your punishment. And you?" she pointed now to Meredith, "McDreamy turned out to be McManwhore with a McSlut wife, don't just be the slutty mistress be the slutty mistress who's a hardcore surgeon"

She stabbed her salad with her fork and went back to eating having sorted that out.
