I'm back in the states after my awesome vacation in Australia. I needed to get away from all of the craziness and bullshit that was going on in my life. I spent most of my time doing absolutely nothing, but I did manage to do some writing while Joey was off galavanting with the locals. Though, there was one guy who could have had the potential to make me leave my beach chair, but that's neither here nor there. Anyway, back to the writing situation, since the incident I haven't been able to write a thing. I had a block of sorts, but its safe to say that it's gone. I was so damn excited to come back that I was even able to get in some studio time in and recorded a few tracks much to the delight of the heads. We're hoping to get the first single to drop this summer and releasing the album by late August---early september, but that's assuming that everything goes as planned. You know how that goes...but so far so good. Tomorrow we have rehearsal for the upcoming performance on Idol...working with a new choreographer; hopefully that works out. Otherwise, I'll be on my knees begging Laurie Ann to come help out last minute. Lord knows how she hates that. Anyway, I must go now, Cash is getting on me to do something....i swear he takes this job way tgo fucking seriously. One day I'm gonna fire his ass...I'll rehire him later that day, but he won't know that.
