Bruce nodded - he'd take whatever time he could get with her. "Five o'clock sound alright?" he asked with a small smile. He didn't know what he'd ask about why she left. Of course, he knew, but that didn't mean Bruce Wayne did. On the other hand, he supposed he was interested in hearing what she had to say. How she would explain her sudden departure, why it had taken six months for her to return, and what had made her return at all. And why now?
He didn't mind an early night. In fact, he was almost more eager to see her out there than he was here. That life was far more real to him than this one, and both of them were more honest somehow behind their cowls than behind their society masks. "I think I have some late business to attend to, anyway. But I would love to have whatever time I can with you."
Surprised at her suggestion, mostly because she wasn't immediately making excuses to go, he closed his hand around her, looking around them and then glancing at his watch. Looking up again to check for Alfred, he tugged her gently toward the door, heading for his study. "Come on," he said quietly.
