Aside from being a fast paced girl, Chelsea is a heartbreaker. Plain and simple. That whirlwind can be fun, like a roller coaster speeding down a big hill, but eventually it has to come to a stop. She can blow through and turn your life upside down before you even knew what hit you, and be gone before you got a chance to really enjoy it. Chelsea's not a mean girl, but she is very direct. She will tell you like it is, and she likes when things are simple. Dragging her feet is foreign to her, and she doesn't take her time with anything; even love. It would take a miracle for this girl to stay down, and she grows antsy when she feels like she's trapped or stifled. She is the type to get in and out, no mess or fuss, and let herself feel everything in that moment. That's Chelsea's motto, and she definitely has that 'live this moment like it's your last' mentality. No regrets in her life, though she also has a tendency to miss things because she's always searching for the next thing; the better thing.

Chelsea may be a tornado, but she's a great ride. She is smart, she is creative, she is effortlessly flirtatious, and she is just a good friend if you're someone she's let on her side. She will protect her friends till the bitter end, but will also be the first to slap you upside the head if you're being an idiot. Chelsea may root for the underdog, but she has little time or patience for people who refuse to help themselves. She assumes everyone should speak their minds the way she does, and doesn't grasp things like discretion very well. This doesn't make her mean, but she has been called a bitch a time or two in her life. Chelsea doesn't mind, as she enjoys being known for her passionate (read tempestuous) nature. If she's feeling something she will not keep it bottled up. She's the type to scream at you until you get where she's coming from, then the incident is promptly wiped from her mind. No grudges, but also a tendency to repeat mistakes because she doesn't think about what's been done in the past. This comes to love too, and Chelsea has repeated a boyfriend a time or two because she is always willing to explore a possibility if she feels the urge. She also has a track record of the manic-depressive type of relationship. Because of her passionate, intense, and full-speed type of mentality, her relationships tend to have a lot of extremes(like she does). When it's good, it's REALLY good. When it's bad, it's ABYSMAL. There's brief periods of in between, but the firecracker that is Chelsea deals in extremes more often than shades of grey.

Want, take, have are three words that could summarize her thoughts of life quite easily. Chelsea is definitely privileged and spoiled, which can translate to materialistic and selfish if she's not being careful. She oozes sophistication and class from having the riches in a bustling city, and is definitely the kind of girl who will know someone WHEREVER you go. Not only is she a fan of gossip, and won't hesitate to broadcast her own, but she can also be a bit too boastful about where she's been or lived. It's easy to get her back on track if she spirals into this somewhat vapid side of herself, though Chelsea isn't ashamed to be a proud and privileged girl. She mostly is the energetic girl telling the amusing stories of glamour that fit right in with her beach bunny appearance, and she has a great sense of humor to make everything that much more entertaining. If Chelsea had any desire, she'd be an excellent actress, but she's more focused on immersing herself in that lifestyle in other ways. She is very big on appearances, and it's rare to see her wearing the same thing twice or repeating anything too often to make it mundane. Chelsea is all about uniqueness and excitement, and that shines through in the animated way she lives. She is also all about improvement, and letting yourself shine without shame, so she is the first to give a friend a makeover and push her out of her shell with excited and genuine words of encouragement and praise. Chelsea may be vain, but she doesn't judge people based on looks; nor do her ideas of beauty tend to match everyone else's all the time.
