CAN THIS CHARACTER BE CANON PUNCTURED? Sure, why not.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTENTIONS WITH THIS CHARACTER IN GAME? Hiccup is going to be an adorable addition to the OC area. He's going to hopefully start coming into his Viking-self and perhaps make friends with people who also enjoy to use swords and such. I also hope to get Toothless in game for some fun plot idea.
IN GAME HISTORY: Growing up a Haddock was one of the strangest things for Harold. His family was definitely not normal, but they loved him dearly and he was able to adjust easily to whatever the world would throw at him. As a child he gained the nickname Hiccup and he began to go just by that since he declared Harold as too old of a name for himself. His childhood was fairly normal by most standards becauase his family actually stayed in one place and he gained a core group of friends growing up.
However, it was during his teenage years that his father found fame as an outdoorsmen/surivivalist (think Bear Grylls and a Viking mixed together). He packed up the family and started travelling the world with them in order to write his books and shoot his tv show. Hiccup wasn't really sure what to make of this, but his mother helped him see the bright side of it and embrace this experience. While they travelled Hiccup decided he didn't want to be left behind in his school and began to study for his GED and obtained it when he was 17 years old.
It was during these travels that he discovered a love for travel, animals, and cartography. He worked hard on his artistic skills and could often be found drawing the different animals he saw while they were out and making maps of where they had gone. It was after his 18th birthday when Hiccup had a horrible accident and lost his left foot and shin and that caused his father finally decided they would take a break for a while and that Hiccup could go to college if he wanted.
Hiccup decided to apply to multiple schools and eventually settled on University of California: Los Angeles because that's where he grew up and they had a couple programs that sounded interesting. He'll be starting there in the fall with the intent to major in Marine Biology with a minor in Scandinavian Languages and Cultures.
AUDITION
Oh goodness. This is definitely a new side of the internet for me. I've done a few message boards and stuff like that, but this is more "mature" in a sense. And by that I mean no one is talking about elves and dragons that I can see. I've travelled around a lot in the past few years, but hopefully this location will stick for now while I go to college. Wish me luck.
