WTF?
let's see... i order stuff online all the time, right? so i spent $5 with some company in Utah and Citibank's fraud department froze my card, making it impossible for me to:
this is such a fuckup. when this happened, my only option was to use my AmEx (since i only carry the two cards and not any of the half-dozen or so other mastercards, visas, and discover cards i've got). if i had needed something from a place that didn't take AmEx, i'd have been in deep shit. while they have 24-hour customer service, their fraud department keeps business hours and when your card is flagged and frozen, you can't get to regular customer service (when you enter your card number, it kicks you over to the fraud department).
