i fucking hate this. dont get me wrong though, it is worth it. and i'll do it again if we decide to. it's temporary, thank fuck, but it is the actual worst and i can't drink or do anything to make it better. that's how i've been dealing with things for years. probably doesn't help being sober for the first time in years while being pregnant
