She ordered herself a drink and when the waitress left she had a bit of a look on her face, no doubt to talk about them. Apparently everyone but her had known who he was. She needed to get more into the sports world or something, shit. She reached over and took the brochure looking it over still holding the smile on her face. "This looks fantastic, he's going to absolutely love this. I mean what kid wouldn't but he absolutely will be thrilled. I haven't even told him, figured I'd surprise him with it. The parents I've talked to and of course they're good with it and I've already got it in with the boss. They know I'm missing, it's okay, I'm still technically working." She wanted to add in how great it would be to spend a day working getting to look at him but kept that part to herself and thanked the waitress when she brought back out the drinks and quickly put the brochure in her purse and took a sip.
"You know Issac has been telling me a lot. I've gotten a little bit. The Jets are the worst team ever for example and you never kick the ball unless your close and quarterbacks are the most awesome players ever ya know basic stuff. I'm sure you could teach me more." Shit that probably sounded like flirting but whatever he was attractive it was allowed, they were both single so no harm no foul. Her phone rang and she quickly pulled it out of her purse and then shut it off. "So what are your plans the rest of the day? Spending it with the daughter and Mister?" she was proud she actually remembered the cats name. She noted the quirked eyebrow though when she'd turned her phone off. "Okay so I know it sounds weird because I'm thirty something but since the divorce my mother seems to think I'm going to become a spinster or a cat lady or maybe even worse marry a catholic. So she's been setting me up with her friends sons and basically all but reminding me how much I don't like the religion." She took another drink before speaking again noting that she was talking incredibly too much. "I'm sorry not that you cared to know all of that."
