Keely Williams father, Waverly Williams, passed away earlier this evening, PEOPLE has confirmed.
Waverly Williams, 48, was rushed to Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego May 29, after suffering a major heart attack in which he was placed in ICU and on a breathing machine, according to an insider.
A Rep for Keely Williams, confirmed that Waverly Williams passed away after he suffered another heart attack and was rushed back into surgery this afternoon. Unfortunately Williams didn't make it out of surgery.
Friend of Keely Williams, says the actress was just starting to get use to the loss her younger brother, Shannon Williams, 21, who died back in September of 2007 in a car accident.
