I've never met Rob so I'm not in a position to comment about your marriage specifically.
However, in general, I think there are two types of relationships, ones that are productive and destructive. Ideally, the person you're with should make you want to be a better person. I don't like the idea of your work suffering because of this, particularly because there's a lot of people who are depending on you. I'd suggest getting back to that, back to your life. And then from there, you can determine whether or not it's richer with Rob in it.
