First of all, I just think you should stop beating around the bush and just get back with Audrey already. Just so we're clear. Now! Onto your questions:

Unfortunately, there is no way to convince someone of something like that without solid proof. You can try talking to her, but chances are she will think you're being paranoid (or jealous depending on the situation) if you have no reason for saying such a thing. Still, airing your concerns doesn't hurt so long as you present them in a rational manner. The person can choose what to believe, and you've done all you can.

That is another tricky one given our society. Of course, safety is the main priority for you and those you love, but happiness shouldn't be overlooked. If you believe the person you love is in danger, it is up to your best judgment. Me personally? I would just say screw it and try my best to protect them because I know how it feels to lose the person you are supposed to be with and I don't want to feel that again. It's selfish, though, so maybe it's not the best choice. Just decide what you can and can't live with, maybe try talking to your parents reasonably. They might surprise you. In the end, it's your life, so the decisions you make have to be yours. If that makes sense.
