I would risk falling in love over and over again no matter the circumstances. It is an amazing feeling, though I understand the dilemma of not wanting to remember each time because the people you loved won't be there anymore. In my opinion, being happy is the best you can hope for, no matter how long it lasts. Would you honestly rather be miserable in every life just because in the next you will remember those you lost? Each life you can meet someone new and make new memories to cherish as opposed to hating them.
