Nerves are completely normal when you're on a date! I'm sure you didn't ruin everything. Just talk to them and explain that you were nervous, or you don't do things like dates often (if that is the case), but that you really do like them. I'm sure if they like you enough to take you on a date, then they will listen to your explanation and give you another chance. If not then they are not worth it, darling.
