BEST SUBJECTS: DADA
WORST SUBJECTS: Herbology
LEADERSHIP: Prefect
CLUBS: Exploding Snaps Club, Wizarding Chess Club
QUIDDITCH: Only recreationally with her family and friends.

appearance
PB: Jane Levy
HEIGHT: 5'1
WEIGHT: 103 lbs
APPEARANCE: Lucy is fair skinned and has curly red hair that just reaches her shoulders. She almost never straightens it as she would much rather spend time on things other than her appearance. Her eyes bright blue and she almost never wears makeup unless it is a special occasion. She is short, just like her sister, though she often likes to brag about the entire inch taller that she is. She can't balance on heels to save her life, but she tries to compromise by standing up straight to make herself appear even a bit taller from a distance.
DISTINGUISHING MARKS: Some scars on her knees and shins from where she wasn't always the most graceful child when playing outside with her cousins.

personality
LIKES: Puzzles, Trivia, brainteasers, music
DISLIKES: Change, being alone for long periods of time, fish
COMMON KNOWLEDGE:
*Her family comes first. Always.
*If she trusts you enough to be her friend, she will never abandon you and will do her best to never hurt you.
*She cannot walk in heels. At all. She nearly broke her ankle the last time she was convinced to try.
*If she wants to do something she will work very hard to get there, and she won't be afraid to ask for help along the way.

PERSONALITY: Outside of her family, Lucy is a little bit slow to trust others. That being said, when she does start to trust you, you will have her as a friend for life. Though she tries to be nice to everyone, she absolutely adores her friends and will be very upset if anyone does anything to anger or upset them. Though this is true even more for her family members. Outside of her friends and family she doesn't really care what you think of her. If you think she's a blood traitor, or she's weak, or annoying she will simply write you off as not knowing her well enough. She doesn't need the opinions of those who aren't close to her to shape her life. On the other hand she takes the opinions of her family and friends very seriously, and will become extremely emotional if they are upset with her for any reason.

When she wants to do something, she will work as hard as she can to get there. She really wants to become an auror when she graduates, but she struggles some in Herbology, so she will take extra time in the subject and ask for help when she needs it in order to pass and gain the knowledge that she needs to continue. When she doesn't necessarily want to do something, she will in turn not work very hard at it. She doesn't play Quidditch because she's not invested in it to the degree that some of her peers are, and feel that practices would be a waste of time that she could be doing other things that she needs to do.

Lucy can lack confidence quite often, and this is mostly the case for why she does not practice music like her sister does, besides not having the same passion for it. Someone close to her pointing out a flaw about her can also lead to some self doubt, though she will also then work hard to fix whatever the flaw was if she can.

background
PARENTS: Percy Weasley and Audrey Runcorn
SIBLINGS: Molly Weasley (7th year Ravenclaw)
OTHER RELATIVES: The whole Weasley/Potter clan
HISTORY:
Percy Weasley, the green sheep in a family of redheads, and Audrey Runcorn, a witch who worked at the Ministry in the Office for the Detection and Confiscation of Counterfeit Defensive Spells and Protective Objects, under Percy's father, Arthur, seemed to be looking for the same thing. The two grew close after the war and finally realized they were falling in love. It didn't take long for them to marry, but being slightly out of the ordinary for the Weasley family(if you don't count the births after the first war), their firstborn Molly was born only six months after the wedding. The family found it amusing for the most part, thinking of staid and solemn Percy being that enamored with anyone, but Audrey made him something of a better person, more receptive to opening his heart and mind to different viewpoints, and he was giddily and childishly in love with her. That love translated to their children too.

Percy and Audrey provided for their children almost to an overly spoiling extent. They did this, however, because they were occasionally too busy with work to manage to spend a lot of time with their children. Percy especially was a workaholic and he tended to be out of the house a lot. Molly was the firstborn and much loved though unplanned daughter of Percy and Audrey Weasley, and just over a year later Lucy was born. Molly's arguments with their father and sneaking out never really bothered Lucy as she tended to spend more time with her head stuck into books. She was fascinated with puzzles and brain teasers, and would often pick up books of them from muggle stores when shopping with her mother.

When she wasn't with her books, Lucy spent a good portion of her childhood outside with her cousins. She wasn't very graceful as a child and she has the scars on her shins and knees to prove it. She also spent time looking up to her sister for her musical talent. Lucy had learned to play the piano well enough, but she wasn't confident enough in her abilities to ever sing around anyone or attempt to learn another instrument.

When her cousins and sister all starting going off to Hogwarts, Lucy started looking forward to the day when she would too. She always figured she would end up in Gryffindor like most of them, or Ravenclaw like her sister. So she was a bit shocked and confused when the hat called out "Hufflepuff", slightly concerned that she an Albus were the only two to be in a different house from the rest.

Lucy grew in to love her house though and quickly learned that sharing a common room was not necessarily a determining factor of what friends she would make. Now she is studying to hopefully become an auror after she graduates. She is a little shaky on her herbology as she thinks too many of the plants look the same, but she is determined to succeed and will keep working at it to hopefully ensure that she does.

FIRST PERSON:
[Private to Hufflepuff]
Good luck to those who are playing in the match this weekend! I'll be cheering you on from the stands as always.

[Private to self]
So I'm starting to notice that some people are like puzzles. When they're not open books with their feelings or what they want to say, sometimes you need to put all the pieces together. Though, I doubt most would take very kindly to that. It's just all very interesting.
