Mori has always been a very slight person, as a child people weren't shy to just call her skinny, often too skinny and perhaps a little awkward because of it, but she's grown to own what nature gave her.

She favours a laid back natural look unless she has to dress up for something, and is normally seen in slightly oversized basic pieces. This extends to her hair and beauty routine too, which is almost non existent, her brown hair left in it's natural tousled slight waves, and only the barest of makeup.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: A laid back, friendly, slightly hippy, young mum. The muggles think she's a hippy witch, and don't know how close they are to the truth.
OVERALL PERSONALITY:

• Laid back and adaptable
Nowadays Mori tries to just go with the flow, having reached a breaking point early in her days at Hogwarts. That's not to say she doesn't get frustrated sometimes, and she will dig her heels in if there's something she feels very strongly about, but she's willing to try most things and adapt to the situation infront of her.


• Nature witch
She's happiest when she's in nature, whether that's in the sea, sitting in her garden, or warming herself by a fire. It's how she centers herself.


• Helper
Helping others find their peace or feel better makes her happy too. A lot of her caring side is being chanelled into looking after her daughter and their little family, as well as herself right now, but she likes to help the muggles subtly. She enjoys knowing and making friends with the other permanent residents of the village she lives in.

HISTORY:
Mori was born the only child of a muggleborn father and a witch, and it was a somewhat blessed early childhood. Her parents tried hard to balance her muggle and wizarding heritage, and it made her appreciate how lucky she was to be born into both.

When she hit Hogwarts, she was quickly sorted into Ravenclaw, and she took her schooling seriously. Unfortunately with all the dramas that seemed to follow her school years it was hard to concentrate completely, and she got more and more stressed about it as time went on. Mori was terrified of not making anything of herself, or not being able to measure up against her housemates, and she put a lot of pressure on herself.

It was her third year that she broke. A combination of building pressure on herself and the dementors led to a sort of breakdown just before Christmas. She spent most of the break locked in her room until her parents could calm her down. It was hard given everything else that went on during her time at Hogwarts, but Mori learned to recognise her own thoughts and the things that helped her to calm down.

Strangely the tragedies that followed helped her embrace change instead of throwing her back into her anxiety. People were dying, young and old, good and bad, and there were many things more important than passing her classes. Mori joined Dumbledore's army and joined the fight, channeling her anxiety into something productive.

When the war was over, Mori moved around the country, working odd jobs, both muggle and wizarding to fill the time until she returned to the reopened Hogwarts to repeat her final year. She hadn't even finished it before the pairing program threw up the next stumbling block. Marriage. She did pause, but it made sense, and it seemed arguing would serve no real purpose, so Mori agreed, making a plan to get to know Kevin before they would be wed.

The first year out of school passed with getting married, moving into to their coastal home together, and Mori calling on her mother's family links to open a tiny muggle coffee shop and behind the scenes wizarding apothecary. It was a little over a year before the next surprise happened with the positive pregnancy test. An oops baby. Sure it was the plan, but she wasn't expecting it so soon. Still, Mori was secretly pleased, and she has embraced motherhood with all her heart.
