Luther has dark brown hair, that reaches just above his chin, and is usually left loose and tousled; adding a rustic and messy look to him. His eyes are the color of dark brown, blending into the color of his face. He stands at an even 5'8" and keeps his body well toned with regular workouts. His style of clothing tends to run along the casual and comfortable line, consisting mostly of jeans and t-shirts or button downs. He also likes layering short sleeves under long sleeves as well as henley shirts. Most of his clothes is purchased from thrift and second hand stores, so Luther is not much for making a big scene with his clothing, keeping his attire simple. Following current fashion trends is just something he does not do. He wears what he likes, not what the fashion mongers decree a guy should wear. | ||
HISTORY Luther was born and raised in the Californian city of San Francisco, the older of two children born to William and Debra Lynch. And while his family wasn't exactly poor, they were neither one of the wealthiest families in the city. It could be said that the Lynch family was well enough off that they lived comfortably, the children really never wanting for anything. Luther seemed to fit in well with his peers up through eighth grade. Making grade grades and always having a friend or two to hang out with, while at the same time keeping out of trouble. It wasn't until he entered high school that his nice guy image slowly faded. By the time he turned sixteen, Luther had gained the rep of 'bad boy'. It wasn't that he started running with a faster crowd, it was more along the lines of his tastes had started changing. He withdrew from sports and got started into the whole motorcycles and leather thing. Which he didn't take as being a bad thing, unlike most of the general public that surrounded him with biased views on what they knew next to nothing about. And while his parents didn't quite understand his fascination with his new habits and lifestyle, they at least accepted it. Luther, after all, didn't cross over onto the wrong side of the law, though he did bend a rule or two. Following graduation, after summer had come and gone from the city of San Francisco, Luther packed a bag and hit the road with a couple of his motorcycle riding buddies. Travelling the country for the next couple of years as none of them could stand to remain in any one place for any real long stretch of time. And though he always seemed to be hundreds of miles from his family, Luther always managed to contact them at least once a day. Even going so far as to travel back to his hometown a couple times for actual face to face visits. | ||
Luther is pretty much your basic reckless, 'bad boy' type, always on the verge for that rush of adrenaline, and always looking for that little bit of a thrill of danger. He's the type that never seems to be able to settle in one specific place for too long a time. Always running, looking for fun and adventure, grabbing it wherever he might be able to find it. Despite all that, Luther is a loyal and protective soul deep down. He may not always get along with his family, but he'll willingly give his life for them. No one messes with his family and walks away without facing the consequences of their actions. Likes: Cold beers, wolves, his motorcycle, hanging out with his brother, cold pizza, a good game of pool. Dislikes Abusive people, liars, undercooked food, Zoos - he doesn't like seeing animals in cages. | ||
Strengths: Loyal: Once someone manages to make a friend of Luther, they have a friend for life. He's the type who will put himself out there for trusted friends and family, and will not hesitate in covering their backs. And once it is given, Luther will never break his word or promise, and despite his faults, you couldn’t have a more loyal friend on your side. Weaknesses: Territorial: Luther is a wolf, and wolves are known for being territorial. And Luther is no exception to this rule. He can go from being content, happy and laid back to a force to be reckoned with in the blink of an eye if someone tries to take what he perceives as his. You don’t touch his property without his permission, and you certainly don’t attempt to claim it for yourself. Luther doesn’t care who you are, he will fight you for what he feels is his, end of story. Family: Nothing is more important to Luther then family. Luther tends to put them above anyone else, even himself. If ever there is a member of his family that calls him needing help, he is there no questions asked. Acrophobia: He's not sure where it came from, or why he's been infected with the phobia, but Luther has quite an adverse reaction to heights. Which is why he prefers having his feet planted firmly on solid ground. Finding himself more then twelve feet off the ground, where he can see down, leaves Luther's head spinning, his heart racing and hit with a bout of dizziness that leaves him unsteady on his feet.
