Scourge comes from a universe where Sonic the Hedgehog is evil, and he himself is the titular man in question. He's fast, full of himself, and an asshole. He took over his own universe, and made himself king. Before his team planned a coup and exiled him.

In the comics, he's known for cucking both Sonic and Tails within the span of five minutes. He also tried to steal the Master Emerald, which is why he's green. He's been kicked out of his gang three times, made a new gang, then got arrested and taken to jail, which he later escaped from. Scourge also impersonated his counterpart for over a month before he was caught. Overall, he's a silly goofy criminal.

Even if he's an asshole, he's still Sonic. Deep-down he needs an actual, stable friendship/relationship in order to change. He doesn't like friendships, but I encourage you to try.
