I think it's also important to understand that war is something every human being has lived through. We had war long before we were born and there will be war long after we're gone. Of course, all of us love the idea of a peaceful world but I can't help but feel some of those are a bit ignorant to think that such a thing can be accomplished. There will always be an opposing force. I feel the best any of us can do in such situations is do what you can to survive.
If you do spend too much time buried in books, I shall be extremely worried.
