Some are utterly unsurprising, others are a bit more so. Your niece, I confess, was among those I found a bit more so. She and the Black boy in particular seem to have spat on every good opportunity that they have been afforded.

I do believe that we will wish to choose targets and begin to take these people out one by one. The Ministry is trouble enough, without these people getting in the mix.
Podmore's ex wife was with the vampire MacDougal at the library and was looking very comfortable with him... perhaps they are together? An interesting sort of group inbreeding - but that might be a possibility.
The other would be to look at some of the lesser names among that group and pick them off before we attempt the larger names.
