Absolutely. He has served his family and the Dark Lord's Cause with great dedication and integrity.
I admit myself surprised. Such a rag-tag group. But I digress. I believe Patrice is right. We much take them out, one-by-one. I am uncertain where would be best to begin; on one hand, if we make it a priority to take out the more experienced of the group first, what remains will be much easier to wipe out entirely. On the other hand, there is striking the youngest of the lot, shaking their resolve and easy lessening the vigilante's numbers. I'm certain that the muggle-loving fools sitting in the upper-ranks of this group will feel much guilt and remorse for the deaths of those young enough to be their children.
