Briefly - those we know something about..

Sirius Black - Blood traitor, and there is certainly no surprise in his involvement. Unemployed? It is something to look into.

Edgar Bones - No surprise that this arrogant bastard would be involved in something like this. Considering his complete disregard for his parents upbringing and his responsibilities to society, it comes as no surprise that he would be cavalier in working outside of the DMLE to accomplish his goals despite no doubt taking oaths to do otherwise. We have missed him once, but I should be very happy to see him brought down to size and despite the reality that he might be more dangerous out of the DMLE than potentially constrained by the professional guidelines within it. This is, of course, assuming that he is constrained by any professional guidelines as he hardly presents a professional face to the department on any consistent basis.

Jon Bones - Brother of the above. Working on a werewolf project -- perhaps it is worth finding more about that. Obviously the entire family has gone rotten.

Michael Dawlish - related to the Auror that died (?)

Aberforth Dumbledore - Possible target. At first glance, it seems an easy one, although I suspect that pup of his is more strongly warded than it might appear at first glance. He is also Albus Dumbledore's brother, and I do not care to stir that hornet's nest just yet.

Nicholas Harrow - Vampire Rights activist. Magical (?) Something could be worked on there -- perhaps some trail leading to the dark vampires. I need to think about that one.

Alice Longbottom - Wife of Frank Longbottom.

Frank Longbottom - Yet another DMLE officer.

Remus Lupin - Mother was attacked by Greyback's werewolves, apparently. Also employed at BML. Pleasant enough young man in public, seems intellectual and polite -- I believe it is time to visit the library.

Angus MacDougal - Vampire. Appears to be with Podmore's mudblood ex-wife. Inbreeding. Lovely.

Morgan MacDougal - Likely related to the vampire. Related to the Quidditch player as well? Large family, perhaps? I think there are weak links there as well.

Minerva McGonagall - At Hogwarts. Too difficult to get to from there. See hornet's nest of Albus Dumbledore.

Alastor Moody - Another Auror.

Peter Pettigrew - Owns the bakery? Or related -- need to look into this immediately. If there is a relationship there, the bakery could be destroyed without further ado.

Sturgis Podmore - is the entire damn DMLE in this vigilante group? Married and apparently divorced, how extraordinarily classy. Loud mouth. Apparently has a Gryffindor daughter who is typically Gryffindor. Swears and looses his keys regularly. Or pretends to at any rate. Again, an excellent example of the public face of the DMLE. And people wonder why we doubt their efficiency.

James & Lily Potter - Already attacked, probably once attacked twice shy. But, pureblood married to a mudblood and pregnant with a halfblood spawn. Punishment should be dealt out for diluting the bloodlines alone.

Fabian & Gideon Prewett - Blood traitors, also destroyed the library. Would have no problem with them following after Meadowes. They also have many family members, including a Prewett in the DMLE. & Weasley's are related as well. The Weasley's have small children, if I recall correctly. I wonder if they are aware there relatives are putting them in such danger?

Caoimhe Sullivan - BML. Clearly a visit to the library is required.

Emmeline Warrington - Ungrateful bitch. She will need to be dealt with.

Claude Zeller - that could be interesting. Perhaps we could send in some of our unmasked group that he is no doubt aware is among our number - the Lestranges possibly - and do some mis-information through him. There is also the matter of his children. Paul works with our horses -- and I believe I have seen a daughter on the journals.


In conclusion:

1) Look into Pettigrew.
2) Look into the Prewetts.
3) Visit the library. I need to do research for my book any way, and there is typically a young and silly Library clerk about that can be coerced into giving up information on her colleagues for a rose and a compliment. Severus has also been working there until recently so I could ask him as well.
4) MacDougals. Similar as to Prewetts, in that there are a number of them. Perhaps decreasing either family by a few would make those whom are vigilantes reconsider their allegiances.
5) Mis-information through Zeller (?)
