Friendly reminder that all suspected pregnancies must be reported to the office of Marriage, Health and Wellness for close monitoring and observation. It is imperative we act early to ensure the health of the mother and child for continued success of our own society. If you are going to be indecent with other spouses at least be discre

We have a bit of a situation. My position within the department has been called into question given the lack of heirs we have produced. My usual explanations of wishing to focus on work and ensure our home is properly prepared will no longer suffice.

I believe it is time to enact our plan.

First of all, who has the audacity to call your position into question?

Secondly, we've discussed the pros and cons of this plan. We ought to revisit them in the context of the present situation before deciding to move forward. There will be no turning back.

Ah, unfortunately it is a person in a higher position, but they are correct. We have been wed quite awhile. Others are starting to produce children. It would raise eyebrows if either of us - given our positions in the Ministry - remained without.

I agree. While the foundation is the same we should reexamine the structure of the current situation.

A higher position...for now. Power is an illusion, a few well-placed words in the Minister's ear and they'll be working every holiday from now until our child's Hogwarts graduation. These people can be so...distasteful.

I suppose the most obvious thing to consider is the child itself.

They are tirelessly meddlesome. Daresay perhaps even sore from my work when I outranked them. It is of no consequence.

Yes, indeed. I would argue we are as in good of a position as we can be given the sudden interest and what I am assuming will be inquiries on the horizon. I trust we still have our contact with the magical adoption agency?

I will need to ensure that whoever takes over my job during my maternity leave is entirely incompetent. Lest you forgo an ally within the Minister's office.

I do. We are on top of the list; they need only our signatures and the next stage of the process will begin. Thankfully, the most tedious part is already behind us. If all goes to plan, we could be announcing the 'happy news' before Beltane, perhaps even before Easter.

But I can always have my brother brew Felix Felicis just to be on the safe side.

Darling, anyone would be incompetent compared to you. The poor Minister will be in a handicap without you.

Well, proper planning and the like. Very well, we shall gather up the necessary documents and owl them off. Would y you be opposed to signing this weekend?

Flattery will get you everywhere, dear.

This weekend is certainly doable. I will need to begin a few related preparations on Saturday; meet with a number of people, procure a few potion ingredients et cetera. It could take most of the day as - unfortunately - not everyone is as organised and efficient as we are.

So let's sign it after Sunday Lunch?

Wherever would we be without your 'friendly reminders', Mr Weasley? Much appreciated.

I would rather invest my time in more important endeavors, but it seems some need to be reminded of the program's basics.

This reminds me, are you not due for your check-in, Goldstein?

Your diligence is most admirable.

March 2nd. Padma even drew little hearts around the date on our calendar so that we wouldn't miss it.

I wish you and Padma luck. Hopefully a fortune outcome; though I hope it will not interfere with your work.

It never does interfere with the men’s lives, that’s why they are more cavalier about it.

You could benefit from working at Webster's. Your vocabulary is in dire need of expanding. However your opinions are not facts simply because you state the mess so.
