APPEARANCE/PERSONALITY/POWERS Appearance: Rei is a beautiful young girl, fair skin, purple eyes and rosy cheeks, standing not very tall at 5'3", long black hair with purple highlights. Personality: Rei is a perfectionist and a responsible young girl, she likes to have control over everything going on in her life, and will do whatever it takes to make everything fall together in place. When it comes to relationships with other people, Rei doesn't expect a lot from anyone, especially boys. She doesn't expect people to get her point of view and will not waste one precious second trying to educate anyone when she can be doing something way more useful. Rei spends most of the time in her miko robe, taking care of her grandpa's temple, taking care of grampa, and dealing with their helper Yuuichirou. Even though Rei could come across mean for some people, her dearest friends know she's a sweet, caring young maiden. She wants her friends to be the best they possibly can, she wants to be the best she can herself, and in order to achieve that, toughness will be necessary sometimes. A beautiful girl, a passionate maiden, and most importantly a loyal friend is what you will find in Rei Hino... As long as you don't piss her off. Powers & Abilities:: Rei has the ability to transform into Sailor Mars with her transformation pen, by shouting "Mars star power, make up!". She controls the element of fire. However, both transformed and in civilian form, as a miko shrine maiden, Rei has the ability to detect and seal away evil spirits by using her ofuda and chanting "Rin, pyou, tou, sha, kai, jin, retsu, zai, zen!
