HOUSE/YEAR: Slytherin, seventh year. Scorpius is both cunning and ambitious. He's no stranger to manipulation, and he has always wanted to follow in his father's footstep and assume the role of power he knows he is destined for.

PERSONALITY: By no fault of his own, Scorpius has been brought up to be extremely arrogant, and believes most people to be beneath him. He tends not to voice this, but his disapproval radiates from him when around such people. He gives no false hopes.

Though it is extremely rare for Scorpius to strike first, he is very much the sort to come back with a cutting response, often causing injuries much more severe than he received. Being spoiled taught him not to take anything from anyone, and he doesn’t. His retaliation may not be immediate, but it always happens eventually, and often without warning.

Scorpius doesn’t forgive and certainly never forgets. Ever. The one exception to this rule is his little sister, Athena, whom he has been conned into believing is a perfect angel. He is very protective of her, and it is nigh impossible to convince him she has any faults at all. He can get very angry when told otherwise, so it’s best for most to simply leave that fact alone.

The only relationships Scorpius has encountered have been purely physical and very short-lived. Knowing exactly what sort of woman he is looking to marry, he sees no point in wasting time on a commitment. Most women find his lack of affection disconcerting, anyway.

Contrary to popular belief, somewhere, deep down, Scorpius is human. He has feelings, regrets, and passions, but cracking through all of his walls and armor to get to that soft inside is akin to poking at titanium with a toothpick. There are few people strong enough and even fewer patient enough to manage it.


FAMILY:
Draco Malfoy, father: Draco works in the Department of Mysteries. Scorpius has always looked up to him, and constantly seeks his approval.
Astoria Greengrass, mother: Scorpius adores his mother. Unemployed (with no real need to work), she is the softer side of the Malfoy parents.

Athena Malfoy, younger sister: Poor Scorpius is whipped by his little sister. In his mind, she can do no wrong.

HISTORY: Scorpius was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. The son of one of the wizarding world’s most wealthy couples, he quickly became used to the finer things in life. The Malfoys wasted no time in spoiling him rotten, and Scorpius soon became used to getting what he wanted when he wanted it. His younger years were spent rather blissfully in this manner, but with time his parents came to view him in another light.

As first born son, Scorpius has taken on the role as heir to the Malfoy fortune, something he is constantly reminded of by his father. As soon as he was old enough to be taken out in public, Draco began introducing his son into the world of business, finances, and politics that come along with wealth, ensuring that Scorpius was well-prepared for the responsibility he would eventually have to take on.

Scorpius was taught all the rules and proper etiquette of pureblood society. Though allowed to be more relaxed when only in the presence of his family, in public, he grew up very properly, earning the approval of those his father had warned him would always be watching. He knows he will continue to be in the spotlight as he matures, and plans to follow in his father’s footsteps: marry the perfect trophy wife and continue expanding the Malfoy estate.

Despite the pressure put on him, Scorpius was always very close to his parents, especially his mother, who was always there to soothe him after the scolding Draco had given. As such, he was always very responsive to her, and, as it turned out, to the other female in the family, his sister, Athena.

Receiving his Hogwarts letter was no surprise, nor was his being sorted into the house of his father, Slytherin. Scorpius works hard at his studies, and it has shown in his OWL scores, in his being chosen as prefect, and hopefully will also be proven in his upcoming NEWT exams.

PHYSICAL:With his father’s platinum hair and blue eyes and exaggerated features, Scorpius has no trouble admitting the fact that he is good-looking. Muscular, but not bulky, he stands at around six feet tall. Being brought up in the public eye has taught him to look his best, and it is very rare to catch him looking anything but well put-together. An imperfection he is very irritated by- and does his best to conceal- is a scar along his left shoulder blade.
