Strengths: Conlan's greatest strength is his inner child, the youthful expression of his psyche that has steered him through his short life. He sees the world how other 'adults' have forgotten they could (but not naively) and with enough whimsy that the wind rarely leaves his back. He's physical powered by the same mysterious force that allows children to play for days and never tire. He's yet lose his inherent trust in his fellow man - despite numerous reasons to be cautious. He finds beauty and fun where other people have long ago stopped looking. His creative nature allows him the materiel to spin yawns out of any little thing he finds and gives him a deep love for anyone that can do the same. He's not the 'good' Murphy or the 'nice' Murphy, because all of them have their moments (positive or negative) - but he is the least guarded brother. Which sometimes makes him the most inviting and the most accepting.
Weaknesses: Besides his lack of physical strength, Conlan suffers from being a bit too trusting and too emotional. While his wide range of emotions aid him through most of his life, they also leave him a bit moody and overstimulated. He's kind, but has a temper that can be childlike and unruly. He's easily influenced by popular opinion and anyone charismatic enough to make their point passionately. He obsesses a bit - over objects, ideas, fandoms, and even people. Timeline

• 1986 - Conlan Fergus Murphy is the third son of Tiergan and Maureen Murphy of Dublin Ireland.


• 1990 - Maureen dies while giving birth to Conlan's little brother Morgan.


• 1992 - Tiergan is killed during an attack on Moira Mactaggert's lab by the mutant terrorist known as Magneto. Moira attempts to relocated the four brothers to America and Xavier's school, but in the mean time Conlan and Morgan are placed in a local Dublin orphanage. The stress and emotional damage of losing his parents and being separated from his older brothers cause his powers to surface and manifest in 'odd' ways.


• 1993 - The brothers are finally sent to America.


• 1998 - Conlan is twelve and starts high school classes at Xavier's.


• 2002 - 'Graduates' high school.


• 2003 - Conlan gets his first real girlfriend while taking basic college classes at the school.
