A Simple Writing Template

This is more of a writing template than anything. You can use this for literally anything. It's simple, easy to read, and it gets the job done. There's no fancy bells or whistles, though you could certainly add some. Just pick up the code, and write underneath the div code.

What It Looks Like

I'm using it right now. What you see is what you get.

Ideas For Use

I use this for character biosheets, typing articles, writing tutorials, whatever I feel like doing. Sometimes I leave it plain, such as when I'm writing a drabble. I like things that are clean and sometimes I want the focus to be the writing rather than the pretty images. If I want to spruce things up, sometimes I'll adorn this coding with headers and the like to serve as decoration and to break my text up in a way that makes things easy to navigate or understand.

  1. You could make an ordered list.
Blockquotes are great because they pull your focus to a specific chunk of text and they're a lot of fun to customize.
Here's a customized blockquote within a plain blockquote! The text is justified so when I write, the words will be evenly spaced on both sides! It's also got a little bit of padding on the inside, which looks great when you've got a border! Like this style? Grab it here!
