As bashful as she had felt during incidences in recent times with Edmund, it was nothing compared to how she felt right at that moment. Her cheeks practically glowing bright red, she ducked her head and looked down at her feet at the mention of beds. It was a dreadfully personal and intimate thing to mention, even by accident, and it made her feel hot and flustered in a way she had never felt before in front of Edmund.
“It is fine Edmund. I know you to be nothing other then a complete gentleman, I know any comments were not intentional” she offered with a shy glance, before taking hold of his arm. “Would you like to lead the way? Perhaps if we escape the maze quick enough we could perhaps take tea in the garden when we are done?”
