His lips twitched and he nearly laughed. "That was your etiquette?" he asked incredulously. He might think Riley more beast then human but he had really expected him to be a little more capable. At least if he was really trying.
Hands behind his back, he threaded the fingers together and rocked forward onto the balls of his feet. "Well, that's interesting. Seeing as you are, very much, asking for my help." He reminded him. He was pushing he knew it, and it was a dangerous game to play, but he so felt like playing. He had been working almost constantly, if it wasn't on the club, the territories, placating Her Majesty, it was these disappearances. It felt good to play a bit and he wasn't one to complain if he pushed a tad too far and ended up with a fight on his hands. Pain had it's own place.
