Riley felt a tingle go up his spine and shoot clear through to his teeth. His lips quivered and his nostrils flared, his senses heightened to their peak. His spine curled like a snake and he took steps to pace around Tao's form. His mind was shifting to wolf faster than he could control it or hope to manage it. That deep, deep longing to bite and claw and scratch - it was a natural part of Riley that he had come to accept, but that didn't mean he liked it. Some part of him wanted to beat the wolf down, and another, smaller part of him wanted to let Tao beat the wolf down. "You're funny in the head." He remarked casually, though his eyes were still as intense as anything.
