The skin was looser on the wolf then it would be on a human and so had more give. He smelled the burn and holding what would be the nape of the neck, more like a scruff now, he shook his hand from side to side a bit, pulling the skin and the collar around his neck. Letting up on his grip just slightly he ran nails down his shoulders and back.
Even with the offer from the last pack leader, he had not played with any wolves, and most certainly not in that form. He knew better then to upset pack chains of power. This, wasn't going to leave this room, he was sure that Riley would never want it spoken of, so it was safe. At least in that aspect. "As much as I like the sound of it, watch that growling. I may just growl back." He still needed to watch himself, there was only so much he could do in this form, still he didn't want him to shift just yet.
