Tao's brow furrowed as he watched Riley leap up at him. His words made no sense and Tao slowly stood, hands up defensively. He suddenly felt very uncomfortable without his shirt buttoned, no shoes. His suits were a kind of armor and they may physically not been much but they were something. "I have no idea what you are talking about. So why don't you explain it to me?" He kept his voice soft, calm, though he didn't feel calm in the least. He hadn't gone near Riley's mind. At first because he simply wanted to learn what he needed on his own, then a kind of respect that he refused to admit to. His own mind raced over things. Yes, he had taken some blood, once, but it was long enough ago that it should be purged from his system and since he wasn't seeing anything, then Riley shouldn't have either.
