Why the department for magical law enforcement thinks it productive to question me yet again in relation to that unfortunate death of their colleague, I have no idea. Surely they have more important things to do than hear the same things that I told them three weeks ago.

It was ok, I simply repeated the same things I told them last time. I didn’t see anything until I arrived in the morning, there was nothing suspicious that caught my eye the night before, I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more use, etc.

They are just floundering and want to look like they are doing something, so questioning a nearby business owner with links to cleared death eaters looks good for their paperwork. I’m sure there is nothing to worry about, darling.

I have no doubt you handled it with professionalism and poise. Unfortunately, I don't think they'll be satisfied. Don't be surprised if they come around a third time asking those same questions, but in another way.

That is exactly it. They have nothing, but they can't make it seem that way to the public. You're right, it looks good for their paperwork, but also The Daily Prophet. I'm not worried. Only annoyed that they are bothering you, baby.

Something tells me I'll be next...
