The Family Who Loves Him
Richard Arnett
Trace and his father, Richard Arnett have had a very tight bond since he was young. Even though for the first few years of Trace's life, Richard wasn't sure he was even really his son, he still raised him as such and if today it was proven that he wasn't, it wouldn't change a thing between them. Trace has learned much from his dad and even emulated him when he was young, taking on many of his mannerisms and habits, even the bad ones. For a long period of time, both he and Trace were running with all the worst people, but soon after Trace was arrested for the first time, Richard gave up his drug dealing days. He took on a job at a supermarket and after a while was promoted to being a manager and still works there and still watches over his son, trying to make sure he stays out of trouble. Tracey Barker, Deceased
Tracey Barker, has never been highly revered by Trace as anything besides the whore who had the misfortune of giving birth to him. She single-handedly made his life miserable by treating him horribly, taking out the pain of being addicted to drugs on him as a child. When she was finally taken to jail Trace was only five years old and inwardly relieved even if he was too young to understand the feeling. Trace and Tracey never spoke to each other again until almost 20 years later when she was convicted to a life sentence and finally contacted Richard, telling him she wanted to see Trace. Unwillingly, but needing answers Trace went to see her and through much screaming, yelling and crying, Trace forgave her for what she had done to him. Now that Tracey has been released, the two of them are in the process of mending their broken relationship and Trace is slowly accepting her as his mother. He's been spending more and more time with her and Tracey is quickly improving her life to prove to him that she'd never hurt him again.

Tonya and Cliff Jenkins, have been pretty much like Trace's substitute family. Tonya has been babysitting Trace since he was in diapers, and has the photos to prove it. With Tonya and Cliff looking after Trace he has gained a very strong support system and been accepted as one of their own in their and their family's eyes. He and his father go to every dinner and spend every holiday with them as would any family. Trace even used to work at and still frequent's Tonya and Cliff's diner. He's even made it one of his official hang out spots and spends a great deal of his time there. The bond between Trace and Tonya is about as strong as a bond a mother has for a son. She never tried to, but unknowingly stepped into the vacant space left by Tracey and because of this Trace trusts her absolutely and treats her as if she was his mother.

Nessa Arnett
Trace isn't exactly sure why but for some reason when he first ran into Nessa she bugged him. She was a little spitfire who wasn't afraid to challenge him and Trace hated it, so to say the least, the two of them weren't exactly fast friends. However, when Nessa was in need who else was there to help her other than Trace. Since that day, the two have become quite close friends who he isn't afraid to let his guard down around and show her his weaknesses. As he grew comfortable around her, more began to develop within him and finding that it was the same on her side led to a relationship blooming between the two. After two years together the two have tied the knot and could not be happier for it.

Sammy Malone
Trace and Sammy have been friends for a very long time, since they were children almost. Out of everything she's really the only thing that's been constant in his life. Despite how he changed over the years, she was still there and he was there for her. They've shared all their secrets with one another and have even though they may have hooked up a few times in their past, their friendship has always stayed just a friendship. They are always joking with each other and even though their friendship has been strained a few times they still are close to one another like brother and sister and Trace will never let that change.

Seth Andrews
Trace and Seth became friends over a simple congratulations on his engagement. The only way Trace even knew of Seth was because he was good friends with Nessa, that however helped them realize just how similar they were and soon a rock solid friendship grew between them. Through all that came about in both of their lives, their friendship lasted and only seemed to get stronger. When things turned against Seth, Trace stood next to him unwavering. Even when he was forced to choose sides between his own wife and best friend, Trace refused to cut Seth out of his life and it seemed that their friendship became even more cemented. As things have settled around Seth, Trace is still his best friend and is grateful to have him. He knew that without Seth in his life thing just would not have gone as smoothly as they have and he figures Seth thinks the same way about him, even though things haven't been so smooth. Either way, Trace plans on keeping Seth in his life and close to his heart for the rest of his life.
