WHAT ARE YOUR INTENTIONS WITH THIS CHARACTER IN GAME? I have an older more veteran doctor so I thought it'd be fun to have a younger doctor. Also it'll be interesting for Clarke to deal with the hardships of her dreams since she's had a fairly easy life.
CANON HISTORY: Clarke Griffin
IN GAME HISTORY: Clarke Griffin was born in Arlington, Virginia to Abigail and Jake Griffin and spent the majority of her formative years there as well as DC, where Abby was a doctor at George Washington University Hospital and Jake worked as an Engineer. From an early age, Clarke would take the metro into DC with friends or alone and had become very familiar with the Capitol.
On the outside it seemed like Abby and Jake had a picture-perfect marriage, but Clarke knew about her parents’ problems, but kept hope that things would get better. However, Abby’s success in her field as well as an eventual job offer from a California hospital eventually caused Jake to resent his wife and it wasn’t long under the fractured marriage ended. While Clarke hated to leave her friends, and especially, her father, she decided to move across country with her mother.
If Clarke had loved DC and the East Coast, she eventually fell in love with California and decided that she never wanted to leave. She easily made new friends at her new school and in High School she’d decided to volunteer with Big Brother/Big Sister and became a mentor to a younger girl named Madi. Her and Madi became quite close during that time, but once Clarke graduated and moved on to medical school she didn’t see Madi quite as much, but they did still talk from time to time.
Like her mother, Clarke had decided to go into medicine, having always been fascinated by the stories Abby would tell about the hospital and Clarke always liked helping people, so what better way to do that then as a doctor. Having now graduated from Med School, Clarke is starting her residency.
